Chinese Chery moves closer to launch factory in Turkey

Today’s Zaman - Chinese auto manufacturer Chery has tentative plans to establish a factory of its own in Turkey after completing market research in the country. Chery CEO Yin Tongyao recently visited the cities of Adapazari, Bursa and Karaman to participate in investment research. Tongyao told the Anatolia news agency that the company will wait for feasibility studies under way by the Turkish Mermerler Group, Chery's current distributor in Turkey, and then come to a decision on where to establish the factory.
