Talks on new stand-by deal to start after August 8

Today’s Zaman - Talks on a cautionary stand-by arrangement between Turkey and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) are expected to begin after August 8. IMF experts completed their review following a successful stand-by program that ended in May and prepared their report based on this review. They are currently holding final deliberations on the general outlook section of the report. The IMF report covers the latest 19th stand-by agreement as well as the 18th.
