British paper defines Turkish holiday resort as new Dubai

AA - The travel supplement of the British "The Observer" paper, published on Sundays, wrote that the Turkish Mediterranean city of Antalya has become the "new Dubai". "Türkiye's Mediterranean coast used to be known for its cheap “package holidays”; however in the past few years, the accumulation of super-luxury hotels has transformed the city into a millionaire's haven", said the paper. The paper enumerated some of the six-star and super-sized hotels in and around Antalya, including "Adam and Eve", "Rixos Premium Hotel", "Kremlin Palace", "The Marmara Antalya", and "Hillside Su". The paper defined "Adam and Eve" as "the world’s sexiest hotel", and "Rixos Premium Hotel" as Europe's first seven-star hotel. Also, the paper wrote a story about the "Mardan Palace Hotel", recently opened in Antalya, and headlined it as "Welcome to the pleasure dome".
