McAndrew said a big portion of their investments will be located in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir and added that the KC-135R tanker aircraft project in Türkiye stands out as a ‘model’ for local studies. He also noted that 14 Turkish engineers receive training in Texas and that they make great contributions to the project.
