Milliyet - Hilton Worldwide has opened its first Garden Inn hotel in Türkiye, Hilton Garden Inn Kutahya. The 121-room hotel constructed by Kosifler Group with a USD 25 million investment is the first of the five Garden Inn hotels to be opened this year. Hilton Garden Inn Kutahya’s formal opening ceremony took place yesterday evening with the attendance of a large number of invitees. The hotel has already been accepting guests since March.
“The number of our hotels in Türkiye has reached ten. Today is a very important day for Kutahya as the city now has an internationally recognized hotel. We opened the first Hilton Hotel of Türkiye in Istanbul in June 55 years ago. Today, we open the first Hilton Garden Hill Hotel in Kutahya. We will open more hotels. We will be the biggest among the international chain hotels operating in Türkiye. We will make Kutahya a globally renowned province”, said Didier Martin, Hilton International Vice President of Eastern Europe, Austria & Türkiye in the opening ceremony. Martin added that Hilton International is planning to increase the number of its hotels in Türkiye to 50 in five years.
