The event is attended at highest levels including Abdullah Gül, President of Türkiye; Sheikh Hamad bin Jasim bin Jabor Al-Thani, Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Qatar; Mithat Rende, Türkiye's Ambassador to Qatar.
