Saudi group to invest in Turkish agriculture sector

Star - As the number of Arab investors in Türkiye rises, with investments being mainly channeled into the real estate sector, the country’s agriculture sector is also receiving its share of investments. Saudi Arabia’s leading investors have gathered together to form a company with USD 533 million worth of capital to invest in agriculture projects in a number of countries including Türkiye. The company, International Agriculture and Food Investment Co (Agroinvest), plans to invest in the Turkish agriculture sector, according to a statement made to Reuters by its founder, Samir Kabbani.
