The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) is upgrading Türkiye's risk category from five to four. OECD's Group of Country Risk Experts made the decision at a meeting in Paris on Jan. 30, announced Türkiye's Undersecretariat of the Treasury Friday.
