Dunya – The Carlyle Group, an international private equity investment fund, has made their first investment in Türkiye through acquiring 50% of TVK Gemi Yapim Sanayi A.S., a company operating in the field of chemical tanker production. Having stated that they consider Türkiye as an exciting country, Walid Musallam , General Manager Responsible for the Middle East and North Afrika Region, said, "We do not chase opportunities that will not cause any growth. Closure case of AKP will not affect our desire for investment."
