Hürriyet – Japanese trade group Marubeni Corporation and Temsa Is Makinalari, a subsidiary of Sabanci Group company Temsa Global, have reached a partnership deal, according to a company executive.
“Temsa Is Makinalari and one of Japan’s leading corporations, Marubeni, are working on a partnership deal in accordance with future growth plans. The Sabanci Group will retain a 51 percent majority in the partnership. The deal will assist Temsa’s growth in the construction machinery and equipment sector”, said Mehmet Pekarun, Sabancı Holding Industry Group President.
Restructured as a subsidiary of Temsa Global last year, Temsa Is Makinalari is the distributor of Japanese construction equipment maker Komatsu in Türkiye. Temsa Global manufactures buses, coaches and light trucks in Adana, Türkiye.
