Zafer Caglayan, the Turkish Minister of Industry and Trade, held recently talks with Sheikh Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, the son of President of United Arab Emirates and also the Executive Council Member of Emirate of Abu Dhabi; the Chairman of the Central Bank as well as the leading Gulf invested companies. Zafer Caglayan was accompanied by Abdulkerim Cay, Project Director of Investment Support and Promotion Agency of Türkiye (ISPAT).
