American Business Forum in Türkiye (AmCham Türkiye) held the second “I AmChampion Awards” ceremony today at a virtual ceremony attended by Vice President Fuat Oktay, Deputy Minister of Trade Rıza Tuna Turagay, Investment Office President Burak Dağlıoğlu, U.S. Ambassador to Türkiye David M. Satterfield and executives from U.S. and Turkish companies.
Vice President Fuat Oktay shared insights into Türkiye’s investment environment and highlighted the importance of U.S. companies for economic cooperation and bilateral relations between the two countries.
As a jury member, Investment Office President Burak Dağlıoğlu also delivered a speech at the ceremony on the significance of the awards in terms of contributing to the economic relations between Türkiye and the U.S. “I believe these awards and this ceremony are significant in terms of appreciating efforts of companies that contribute to economic relations between Türkiye and the U.S. and to inspire others,” Dağlıoğlu said.
The 2020 edition of the awards ceremony handed out awards in 12 different categories.
