Turkiye – The British company Black Stone will invest USD 200 million in a cement factory in the Vezirkopru district of Samsun on the Black Sea coast. Some 344000m2 of land is already allocated for the USD 200 million factory. Construction of the factory will begin by the end of 2010, according to company officials.
