In July 2016, Hitachi Kokusai Electric Turkey announced they had consolidated BCS Technology Broadcast and Communication Systems Industry and Trade Inc., which had activities in the development, design, and production of outdoor broadcasting vehicles, as the affiliate of Hitachi Kokusai Electric Turkey Electronic Products Industry and Trade Inc.
Hitachi Ltd. has long been the main sponsor for over 10 years of the Japanese speaking competition organized by the Turkish Japanese Foundation and Embassy of Japan. Each year, two students with advanced and beginner levels who win the competition have the chance to visit Japan with all the costs are borne by Hitachi Ltd.
