An investment of $3 billion by Japanese giant Mitsubishi

Aksam - Mitsubishi has challenged the crisis. Having acquired 45% of Intercity, a Turkish car rental company, Mitsubishi aims at making an investment of $3B in 4 years. This will be the highest amount of Japanese capital to ever come to Türkiye. Vural Ak, CEO of the industry-leading Intercity, has said, "The state will earn a revenue of at least $1,5 billion." With over 500 companies operating across 80 countries in over 200 sectors including banking, telecommunication, food, mining, chemistry and automotive, the Mitsubishi Group will make an investment of $3B in Intercity in the next 4 years’ time, within the scope of partnership.
