South Korea, suitor for a nuclear plant in Türkiye

Sabah – SK, South Korean energy, construction and telecommunication giant with a turnover of USD 80 billion, is eyeing Türkiye for new investments. Seok Jae Seo, Vice President of SK Group, which will construct the undersea tunnel crossing Bosphorus, said that they are planning to invest in Türkiye, particularly in energy and highways. Seo stated that they are eyeing investments in hydroelectric and nuclear plants in the field of energy and added, “If a new tender for a nuclear plant is held, we will participate”.
