Türkiye to cut taxes on cars, electronics and new houses

Bloomberg - Türkiye will reduce taxes on new cars and household electronics for three months as it tries to encourage consumer spending, according to the Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Türkiye will also lower the sales tax on new houses to eight percent from 18 percent for three months and cut five percentage points from tax on consumer credits, Erdogan said in a televised address from the central Anatolian city of Eskisehir.
