Türkiye's Enka to build Russian power plant

Bloomberg - Enka Insaat, Türkiye's biggest builder, won a 329 million euro ($509 million) contract to build a gas-fired power station in Russia. The power generator, to be built for Russian electricity producer OAO OGK-4, will have a capacity of 400 megawatts and is expected to go online in 2011, Enka said in a filing with the Istanbul Stock Exchange. The plant will be built in the Perm region of western Russia, it said.
