Invest News DetailAksam – A company from United Arab Emirates became partners with Demir Sabanci’s Demas. 50% shares of the company have been acquired by Gulftainer, second big harbour management company of UAE, for €10 million. Demas International, a logistics company which was founded in 2007 within the scope of Sedes Holding of which Demir Sabanci owns the majority shares, found a foreign partner. Sedes Holding’s CEO Alper Celer has stated that, with this cooperation that has been put into practice as a result of year-long negotiations, they will chase the opportunities in Iraq, as well as those in other markets.
