Eurasia Real Estate Fair aims at USD 3 billion worth of deals

Aksam - The Eurasia Real Estate and Investment Fair, to take place on February 16-20, 2011 in Istanbul, will gather real estate investors from all over the world with an interest in Türkiye’s housing boom. The country’s strong performing economy and growing real estate sector is a center of attention for global investors, as the Global Property Guide report puts it, and the fair in Istanbul will showcase Türkiye’s best realty projects to private investors and equity funds.

“We expect European investors looking for stocks in publicly traded Turkish companies and individuals from Russia and the Middle Eastern countries,” said Ali Bulut, CEO of CNR Holding’s Trade Show Group, one of the organizers of the fair. Bulut predicted that the fair will provide scope for deals, reaching USD 3 billion in total.

Luxury properties in Türkiye are in high demand, especially among the Middle Eastern countries. Over 500 property projects will be presented to visitors at the fair, which is expected to attract some 50,000 people.
