Recep Atakas, Chairman of Atakas Group of Companies, said the facilities, the construction of which started with the partnership of Magnitogorsk Iron-Steel Works (MMK), Russia’s largest iron and steel producer, will create an added-value worth USD 1.7 billion. The steel mill will create job opportunities for more than 2,000 people.
