Invest News DetailReuters – Greek health center Hygeia has announced that it has acquired 50% of Safak Hospital Group for $48 million. The Greek group will also acquire 50% of a land owned by Safak in Istanbul for $5 million and build a new hospital on it. Safak has four hospitals in Istanbul with a total of 470 bed capacity.
