Erdal Eren, Chairman of Turkish Contractors Association (TMB), says, “China has been hit hard by the crisis and so have Chinese investments in this region. We can increase our share while China’s influence wanes”. However, the concerns of the Turkish contractors, such as labor legislation and letter of guarantee should be addressed.
