Zhou Biren, Chery Group Vice President said “We want to establish a factory in Türkiye which will be similar to our factory in China. We will establish it in a very short time. We are considering a big investment in Türkiye, and as Chery we want to become a more local brand than Renault and Fiat.” Murat Mermer, Mermerler Group Vice President, stated that they are searching for a location for the plant in Adapazari or Bursa, and that the initial land should be 500 acres approximately.
