Invest News DetailHurriyet Daily News - Swedish wireless equipment maker LM Ericsson AB has announced the acquisition of a 100 percent stake in the Turkish systems integration company Bizitek at an undisclosed sum. Ericsson said it will take on Bizitek’s 116 employees as part of the acquisition. According to Ericsson, Bizitek specializes in business support systems, which will give Ericsson an additional competence to provide solutions in business support systems for charging, provisioning, billing and customer relations management. Ericsson expects to complete the acquisition within 12 months.
