Professor Tanay Sidki Uyar, Vice President of the World Wind Energy Association (WWEA), said the event will be held at Istanbul's Halic Congress Hall with the participation of scientists from many countries. WWEA is an international non-profit association embracing the wind sector worldwide, with members in 90 countries. WWEA works for the promotion and worldwide deployment of wind energy.
