Sabah - The Expo Italia Real Estate (EIRE) fair, one of the largest of its kind in Europe, has witnessed the keen interest that international realty investors are taking in Türkiye’s flourishing real estate market.
Attending the event in Milan, Italy, Urban Land Development (ULI) Türkiye President Haluk Sur said prominent Italian real estate companies like Beni Stabili, Pirelli RE of Pirelli Group, Urbam SPA, Generali and Kohn Group had expressed their interest in investing in Türkiye.
Egypt’s Orascom Development Real Estate Group also held talks with the Housing Development Administration of Türkiye (TOKI), which was also participating in the event, to establish a partnership for a housing project for hundreds of thousands of people, according to Mohammed Ashour, Marketing Manager of Orascom.
