AA - President of Hilton Europe Simon Vincent said they will open 15 new hotels in Türkiye over the next three years. Thus, the number of Hilton hotels in Türkiye will increase from nine to 24, added Vincent who held a press conference in Istanbul. Vincent recalled that Hilton has been active in Türkiye for more than 55 years. Hilton is the first international hotel trademark which invested in Türkiye, he stressed.
Noting that Hilton will continue to grow globally, Vincent said Türkiye’s growth potential has put the country in the top five in Europe and given it an important role in Hilton’s future plans. Stating that Türkiye, especially Istanbul, is an important "commercial tourist" center, Vincent said that in the next five years Türkiye will become the second in European country, following the UK, with over 40 Hilton hotels.
