ISPAT event draws Italian investors and businessmen

 

Cihan Haber Ajansi - In a seminar held in the Italian city of Chieti, the Investment Support and Promotion Agency of Turkey (ISPAT) and the Turkish Embassy in Rome gave a joint overview of the country’s investment climate and its investor-friendly legislation.

 

The seminar entitled “Turkey: Country Presentation” took place upon the invitation of the Italian Industrialists Confederation’s (CONFINDUSTRIA) Chieti branch. The opening speech of the seminar was delivered by Ottorina La Rocca, CONFINDUSTRIA Chieti Branch Manager, followed by Giancarlo Bertini from SIMEST, a support organization for Italian companies operating abroad. Angelo Iaselli, ISPAT’s Italian Representative, also addressed the attendees while Salih Ercan, Economic Counselor of Turkey’s Rome Embassy, outlined in his presentation the strong points of and facts on the Turkish economy, foreign capital legislation, investment incentives and investment opportunities in the energy sector.
