Limak to grow in tourism by investing USD 320 million

 

Turkiye - Türkiye’s Limak Group, which is planning to achieve rapid growth in the tourism sector, is currently investing a total of USD 320 million in hotels in Türkiye and Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).

 

“We have five projects under construction, in Yalova, Istanbul, Adana and TRNC, amounting to a total of USD 320 million”, reports Limak Hotels General Coordinator Kaan Kavaloglu. Kavaloglu said the Group’s Yalova project amounted to USD 20 million, while the Business Hotel in Istanbul Kavacik is costing USD 50 million. “Another hotel investment with a golf course in Tarsus, Adana amounts to USD 100 million, and Limak Babylon in TRNC has investment costs of USD 150 million”, Kavaloglu added.
