Dutch Multi Development to build seven new malls in Türkiye

 

Aksam - Multi Development, the Dutch developer of retail spaces and shopping centers, is to build seven new malls in seven different Turkish provinces. After parting ways with it local partner Turkmall, Multi Development will now focus on its own projects consisting of shopping malls and residences throughout Türkiye.

 

Multi Development will start the construction of new shopping malls in Gaziantep, Antalya, Diyarbakir, Corum, Elazig, Canakkale and Adana within two years, while ongoing projects such as Forum Kayseri and Forum Kayseri Residence will be completed by the end of 2011, according to the company’s Chairman Hans van Veggel. Multi Development has developed 192 property projects and currently operates 41 shopping malls in 14 European countries.
