President Erdoğan Inaugurates Largest Paper Mill in Türkiye and Europe

​​President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan was in Aydın, the Aegean province of Türkiye, on January 15, for several inaugurations.

President Erdoğan opened Batı Kipaş Paper Mill, deemed as the largest paper mill in Türkiye and Europe, in Aydın's Söke district. This new endeavor has been turned into reality through Strategic Investment Incentive Program, which will make it possible to meet Türkiye's need for paper and contribute to current account balance by reducing USD 250 million worth of imports and adding USD 200 million exports.

President Erdoğan also inaugurated the Gökbel Dam, which gathered an investment of TRY 360 million,  206 TOKI dwellings, 11 schools, and 2 dorms with a total capacity of 4400 beds, while heralding the construction of the Aydın City Hospital, which will have a capacity of 950 beds, will be completed this year.
