Turkish-Russian bilateral investments exceed USD 40 billion

Kuresel Ana Haber - Russia has replaced Germany as Turkey’s major trade partner, according to Cem Kozlu, Head of the Turkish-Russian Businessmen Council. Speaking about 2008 foreign trade statistics released by TUIK, Kozlu said Russia left Germany behind in terms of foreign trade volume and added that bilateral investments between the two countries topped USD 40 billion for the first time.
