Invest News DetailAA – The foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye increased to USD 64,442 million as of May 1, said the bank on Thursday. The reserves were at USD 62,414 million on April 24. In its weekly bulletin, the bank said Türkiye paid back USD 802 million of foreign debt in April. Türkiye's foreign debt repayment amounted to USD 4.2 billion since the beginning of 2009. Türkiye repaid USD 15.7 billion in 2008.
