The Dati Investment Holding Corporation invested some USD 60 million in the new Sheraton Hotel. The Sheraton Istanbul Atakoy Hotel is positioned directly beside Atakoy Marina and the sea bus terminal, and is just eight minutes from Ataturk Airport. Situated just ten minutes from Sultanahmet, the cultural and tourism highlight of Istanbul, and 20 minutes from historic Taksim Square, the hotel offers easy access to the area's most popular attractions. The hotel has two ballrooms and nine conference rooms for business meetings, invitations, banquets and some other events; a SPA and fitness center; 285 rooms, including a 230-square meter presidential suite; 24 suites, including four 110-square meter executive suites; and 32 club rooms. There is also another Sheraton Hotel in the Maslak district of Istanbul, surrounded by multinational corporate office buildings and the headquarters of leading banks.
