The luxury hotel will be located in Zorlu Center, a complex of residential, office and retail areas under construction in one of the key business districts of the city. The 180-room hotel will operate under the name of Raffles Istanbul Zorlu Center, creating employment for 250 to 300 people. To be realized at a cost of USD 175 million dollars, premium quality hotel in Zorlu Center will add to Istanbul’s prestige as the city progresses to become the tourism capital of the world, Zorlu Holding head Nazif Zorlu said about the investment.
