Dunya – Kayseri Erciyes Technology Development Region (Teknopark), which aims at becoming Türkiye’s second largest research center, has recently taken steps in a bid to make the region, where three medical supply companies operate, a center for medical researches. Ahmet Basalp, Erciyes Teknopark AS General Manager, stated that they have increased the number of companies operating in the Teknopark to 80 from 76 since the beginning of the new year, and added, “Among these companies, there are also ones with foreign partnerships. A committee arrived from Holland last month and we inked a ‘strategic alliance memorandum’ (SAM). We are planning to cooperate in various fields”.
