Given the title “Country of Honor” for the fair scheduled to take place on October 2-4 in the UAE, Türkiye will be represented by the Turkish Association of Real Estate Investment Companies (GYODER) and several other Turkish construction/real estate companies. Roundtable sessions and panels will offer property investors from the Gulf and other countries information and insight on Türkiye’s real estate sector. The country is considered to be one of the fastest growing property markets in the world, with its megacity Istanbul being a constant high-scorer in all recently dated real estate reports. The appeal of owning a property in Türkiye, particularly among Gulf investors, went up considerably since last May when the Turkish government lifted the reciprocity principle to ease property acquisition by foreign nationals.
