Invest News DetailDunya – Investment Support and Promotion Agency of Türkiye transformed the attempts by China to expand into the world markets into an opportunity for Mersin and helped a cooperation protocol be signed between China and Mersin Technopark. With this protocol, firms in Mersin and China will conduct mutual R&D project and patent development works. Alpaslan Korkmaz, President of Investment Support and Promotion Agency of Türkiye, has emphasized that their target is to have Türkiye become one of the most important R&D bases in the world with the help of the momentum gained through the new R&D Law as well as the well-educated young population of Türkiye. Korkmaz, said, "The cooperation between Mersin Technocity and Chinese Suzhou Innovation Park which was made possible as a result of the efforts and support by our Agency means a lot to us."
