Invest News DetailStar - Germany-based international services group Bilfinger Berger will grow in Türkiye through its property and asset management subsidiaries, HSG Zander and EPM World. Stating that the company will realize a four-fold increase in the number of its projects in Türkiye within two years, HSG Zander and EPM Türkiye General Manager Leyla Ozulucak said that the company manages EUR 20 billion worth of assets and has 37 shopping malls in its portfolio. “Shopping malls in our portfolio are located in Sanliurfa, Trabzon, Erzurum, Iskenderun, as well as in Ankara and Istanbul,” said Ozulucak, adding that the property management sector in Türkiye has enormous growth potential.
