Foreign investors to employ thousands in Aegean region

Yeni Safak – Five companies, including the US automotive giant Gates and Dutch-Turkish joint-venture Kapadokya Textile, have pushed the button for investing in the Aegean Free Zone. Kaya Tuncer, Chairman of Aegean Free Zone Development and Operating Co. (ESBAS), said they have recently started to get positive results thanks to the efforts of Prime Ministry Investment Support and Promotion Agency of Türkiye (ISPAT) and added they expected a rise in investments for 2009 and 2010.
