Aviation to grow in Turkey

Turkish Daily News - In line with the increasing relationships between Turkey and the European Union, Turkey's aviation industry will grow considerably, according to Randy J. Tinseth, vice chairman of Boeing Commercial Aircraft Marketing. “Turkey has the advantage in aviation due to its geographic location, which allows traveling to the entire EU. The existing fleet in Turkey grew 53 % in the last five years and most of it consists of Boeing 737 aircrafts,” said Tinseth, speaking at a press meeting in Istanbul.
