Invest News DetailStar - Dutch retail space and shopping center developer Multi Development readies for the opening of its 9th shopping center in Türkiye. Marmara Forum shopping mall, one of the largest in Europe in terms of available retail space, is slated to open its doors to its customers on March 31. Located in Bakirkoy, Istanbul, the USD 1 billion mall extends over a total area of 375,000 m² with 135,000 m² of retail space, and is expected to create employment for some 4,000 people. Active in Türkiye since 2004, the Dutch company has eight “Forum” branded shopping malls throughout Türkiye.
