Sabah - Dabur India, one of the largest producers of personal care products in India, has announced the acquisition of Turkish cosmetics company Hobi Kozmetik. According to the Indian daily, Economic Times, the acquisition deal cost Dabur India USD 69 million. The 125-year old Indian company hopes to grow with the acquisition, as CEO Anand Burman said that the deal is an important step in the company’s expansion to new markets in the Middle East and North Africa.
