LykiaGroup to invest EUR 40 million in Antalya

 

Aksam - Turkish resort chain LykiaGroup is marking its 20th year with new investments. LykiaGroup’s Board Chairman Burhan Silahtaroglu said that they will increase the capacity of their LykiaWorld Antalya resort from 1,200 to 1,400 beds, thus strengthening Antalya’s position as one of the most popular holiday destinations in the Mediterranean.

 

LykiaGroup’s Board Member Yesim Silahtaroglu Esmer said the capacity increase in beds will cost EUR 40 million and will be completed by 2011, while it is slated to enter service in 2012. Esmer added that LykiaGroup is considering cooperation with foreign investors for future projects.
