Türkiye heads OECD growth list

 

Sabah - According to estimates by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), Türkiye will grow by 6.8 percent in 2010, giving it the highest growth rate of all 31 members of the organization.

 

The recently published “OECD Economic Outlook” highlights Türkiye’s strong growth and cites its “high exports performance in the second half of 2009” as “a remarkable leap in the economy.” Türkiye is to grow by 6.8 percent in 2010 and 4.5 percent in 2011, according to OECD estimates.
