ASPILSAN Energy, a cell battery manufacturer in Türkiye’s Kayseri province, signed a technology transfer agreement with the South Korea-based energy developer Top Battery Co. Ltd. to develop Türkiye’s first li-ion cell battery. The partners inked the agreement at ASPILSAN’s energy facilities in Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone.
Tübitak MAM, at its Energy Institute Battery Technologies Laboratory, has unveiled Türkiye’s first li-ion battery production line, which provides the trial production of the batteries that of the components are developed in the laboratory.
