Dunya - Under a deal signed this week, Turkish Airlines (THY) became the official sponsor of Spanish football club FC Barcelona. Under the deal, inked by Turkish Airlines CEO Temel Kotil and FC Barcelona President Joan Laporta, THY will pay a total of EUR 9 million to FC Barcelona for three years. THY will also have the right to advertise on billboards inside Camp Nou Stadium during matches, hold activities such as receptions and concerts inside and outside the stadium, and use its logos in the press section.
