Yeni Asir - Cimentas, a subsidiary of Cementir Holding, owned by the Italian Caltagirone Group, has invested EUR 20 million in a waste recycling and disposal facility in the Aegean province of Manisa. The total cost of the Aegean Industrial Waste Recycling and Disposal Facility will rise to EUR 60 million, with the additional investments to be made over the next two years. The facility, with a capacity to process up to 80 thousand tons per year, was inaugurated in the presence of Türkiye’s State Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Bulent Arinc, as well as company executives.
