The center in the eastern Anatolian province of Erzurum is "the first green shopping center” in Turkey. BREEAM, which stands for the Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method, is the most widely used environmental assessment method for buildings. The certificate testifies that the "green design" concept of the shopping center surpasses standards in Turkey and reaches those in the European Union.
